Fancied a book box but spoilt for choice with which one to choose? I've done the buying so you don't have to (unless you want to.)
There are so many gorgeous boxes to choose from, and I still need to try some more. But here are four great boxes to get you started.
Perfectly Imperfect Book Club
Fancy a box without a subscription? Check out the Perfectly Imperfect Book Club
These are one off boxes to buy to treat yourself or a friend which can be bought from Etsy. Choose your own book, or get a surprise from their list and then enjoy the goodies. I was pleasantly amazed at the volume of treats in this box, and as I choose the book, knew I hadn't previously read it, and hoped to enjoy it.
I had speedy delivery, it was well wrapped, and the treats were perfect for me. From beauty products, to wax melts, pic a mix, and of course chocolate. This was delightful. They also have a vegan free option on Etsy.

Feminist Book Box
Fancy a subscription with 2 books a month? Try Feminist Book Box.
Feminist Book Box is founded by Hachette and has one new release, and one undiscovered gem. You can choose from 3, 6 or 12 month subscriptions starting at £60 for three months. Additional extras include a postcard, and a behind the scenes interview with one of the authors of the month. The boxes are beautifully packaged and always came nice and early in the month. A good mix of fiction and memoir. I was excited to try things I wouldn't normally choose for myself.

Reposed
Fancy trying a box before committing to a subscription? Try Reposed.
Features one book and a few extra goodies.
This allows you to buy any time of the month, and you will receive it by 12th of the next month. I made the mistake of buying it on 3rd so had over a month to wait which felt like ages, so if you fancy it order towards the end of the month if you are as impatient as me. This gives you the opportunity to try one month before committing to a full subscription, so if you want to dip your toes in, this is perfect.
Price- varies on subscription chosen starts at £13.80 for a one off box, or £12.80 for a rolling month option. 1 surprise book every month Free delivery
Choose from 1, 3, 6, 12 months, or seasonal boxes.

Books that Matter
Fancy trying an old box before committing fully to a subscription? Try Books That Matter. I have to make a confession here that I only purchased this purely due a Sally Rooney September box.
I absolutely loved the extras in this one, and it definitely added to the box. Face mask, shopping bag, and a spray all great extras. There's a choice of ordering an old box, or purchasing a one off box which gives you a flavour of what to expect without any commitment.
Price- varies on subscription chosen. Starts at £17 for one month or rolling month, or £15 for a longer subscription. 1 surprise book every month £3 delivery

Hope you found something that you like. Happy browsing.
Thanks - there are so many book boxes out there (rather like beauty boxes!) it's hard to know where to buy from. This is a great help - and a great idea for a post!
